If you are not entirely happy with the products provided by Auctus Legal please let us know immediately.
We will then let you have a copy of our complaints procedure. Once you have followed the complaints procedure and it has been agreed that your grievance is justified we will immediately refund any payment you have made to Auctus Legal.
In such circumstances the ownership of any product provided to you by Auctus Legal shall revert entirely to Auctus Legal and you will not be permitted to use the product at any point in the future.
