As you will no doubt recommend to your Clients, every responsible bidder at Auction should be fully prepared beforehand. This includes understanding the implications of the auction process and the specific legal nature of the Property they wish to buy.
The Auctus Legal Report is a full solicitor-style report on the content of the Auction Pack on a specific Property. In layman's terms, it reports on the Title Deeds, EPC, Search Results and Property Information Forms in an easily accessible manner, making sure that the potential bidder is fully prepared before the Auction. It also contains an explanation of the Auction process to hopefully make the bidder more comfortable and informed when they attend your Auction.
The Legal Report can be ordered and paid for online and is returned to the Buyer via e-mail within 48 hours of payment being made. This gives the Buyer plenty of opportunity to satisfy themselves with regard to the legal issues surrounding the Property beforehand.
