The cost of preparing an Auction Pack varies and is based on how much information you would like to include within it. The Auction Pack must contain copies of the Title Deeds for the Property and an Energy Performance Certificate.
If you would like to proceed with a Basic Auction Pack the cost is £169.99 and this will include:
1. Evidence of Ownership of the Property - Title Deeds & Plan of the Property
2. Special Conditions of Sale - included as part of the Auction Contract of Sale
3. Property Information and Fixtures & Contents Forms
4. Energy Performance Certificate - (EPC)
5. Any Other Information, (such as copy Planning Permissions/Tenancy Agreement etc)
If, however, you would like us to prepare the Full Auction Pack then this will cost £249.99 and includes the following documents:
1. Evidence of Ownership of the Property - Title Deeds & Plan of the Property
2. Special Conditions of Sale - included as part of the Auction Contract of Sale
3. Property Information and Fixtures & Contents Forms
4. Personal Local Authority Search Result
5. Drainage & Water Search Result
6. Energy Performance Certificate - (EPC)
7. Any Other Information, (such as copy Planning Permissions/Tenancy Agreement etc)
Remember - the more information you are able to provide in the Auction Pack, the more likely you are to find a Buyer at Auction!
Please also remember that it is possible to include a Special Condition in the Auction Contract that requires a successful Buyer of your Property to re-imburse the costs of your Auction Pack on completion of the sale!
When you order your Auction Pack we send you a Questionnaire and one of the questions deals with recovery of your fees. You would need to let us know you would like to do so at this point.
The Price of an Auctus Legal Report is £49.99.
When you upload the Auction Pack and make payment the Legal Report will be returned to you within 48 hours.
