We will endeavour to deliver Auction Packs by e-mail to the customer and their Auction House within 10 working days of the customer making full payment. This timescale is dependant on us receiving certain information from 3rd party information suppliers and the customer in sufficient time.
We will endeavour to deliver Legal Reports to the customer by e-mail within 48 hours of the customer making full payment and us receiving the Auction Pack from the customer or the Auction House.
